RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. You have 15 days from the date you receive the glasses to email us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason. If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, we can exchange for the model you would like (contact us by email to discuss about the details). We refund 100% of the receipt for any return for any reason (including shipping) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account provided.

To obtain a Return Authorization (RA#), contact us by email, and specify the order number in the subject line, at shop@generationeyewear.com.

How I am eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days from www.generationeyewear.com

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • You obtained a Return Authorization (RA#) from us

What do I include in the package?

In the package must be included the following items

  • A note with the RA#

  • A brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses

Note: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

All products returned must be in a like new, re-saleable condition, and include all original protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to: temple sleeves, cases, cleaning cloths, authenticity cards, boxes, and booklets.

 All return shipments should be sent back securely packed in their original corrugated carton and void fill. If the original corrugated carton is unavailable, a comparable heavy corrugated shipping carton and appropriate void fill materials may be used. A copy of the Return Authorization form along with your receipt of purchase must also be included with the return shipment and the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box, to the address provided in the email with your return authorization.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Generation Eyewear.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will arrange a replacement for you if the product was defective after delivery.

Refund Amounts

We process all returns within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.

All refunds will be posted to the payment card or method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Exchange requests

If you would like to exchange your product for a different style or color within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at shop@generationeyewear.com and we will discuss your options.
