WARRANTY

This warranty or guarantee does not prejudice your legal rights as a consumer, including, inter alia, the right to refuse goods that are not substantially compliant with their description or that are defective. 

Whilst we endeavor to deliver all products in exceptional condition and to the highest quality, you can rest assured that all eyewear (sunglasses and optical frames) distributed by Generation Eyewear comes with a warranty that covers against manufacturer defects in the materials and workmanship emerging for 13 months period from the date of purchase of the goods. Under this guarantee, should any part prove defective in either materials or manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

You are expected to inform Generation Eyewear of the aforementioned defects within a reasonable period of time, and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which they were identified. Return the eyewear together with its proof of purchase and contact us at shop@generationeyewear.com to obtain your Return Authorization number and the delivery instructions.

Scratched lenses that constitute normal wear and tear, as well as any damage as the result of mishandling, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration are not covered by the guarantee, unless the defect is present on the goods upon delivery.
